- Journey from the Andes to the Amazon with a stop in Paucartambo for breakfast.
- Visit to the Tres Cruces/Acjanaco viewpoint at 3,900 m overlooking the Amazon basin.
- Exploration of the Manu cloud forest to spot monkeys and the cock-of-the-rock.
- Boat trip from Atalaya Port along the Madre de Dios and Palotoa rivers.
- Arrival at the Amazon Treehouse at sunset.
